ARTEMIS Transition Partners, hereafter referred to in the short as ATP is committed to protecting your privacy and the personal information that you may provide to ATP in the course of your use of its websites, and other digital resources. Any personal information so obtained, and any other personal information that you submit to ATP as part through its active electronic forms or any other digital outreach from ATP will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information that we collect, and how we use it

ATP collects information from our users when they create an account within its digital platforms, when they request copies of publications, seek additional information regarding our services or employment opportunities, give feedback for work done or for other personal experiences, register for services offered, or for conferences training, and other ATP-sponsored events.  ATP’s registration, enrollment, account setup and other forms may ask you to provide contact information, unique personal identifiers, financial information, subject areas of interest and/or demographic information.  We may use this data to tailor your experience of our interaction with you or, if applicable, to assess candidacy and qualifications for employment with ATP.  We sometimes aggregate demographic information and the types of systems and browsers of users for internal purposes, so that we may better understand the user population of our digital platforms, identify subject areas of interest, and determine the exent to which the design of our digital platforms is serving the technological requirements of our visitors.  ATP also may conduct user surveys on the its websites, through electonic forms and other digital platforms, which usually are intended to provide ATP information on areas such as user identity, user habits, whether or not users found what they were searching for, and whether our digital content is relevant to user needs, all of which information is used to improve our clients' and visitors' user experience.

We will not share any e-mail addresses, telephone numbers of other unique identifiers we collect in the course of your use of ATP's digital resources with any third party or send unsolicited e-mail to any of the addresses we collect, except in very limited circumstances as set forth in this policy.

ATP has in put in place measures and processes designed to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.  Only authorized employees and contractors will have access to any data provided by you, and that access is limited by need.  Each employee or contractor having access to any personally-identifiable information is obligated to maintain its confidentiality.  Although we take steps that are generally accepted as industry standard to protect your personally-identifiable information, ATP cannot guarantee that your personally-identifiable information will not become accessible to unauthorized persons.

ATP is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any non-ATP websites and other digital platforms to which you may be redirected from ATP websites and othe rdigital reeources.

7. Compliance with law

ATP complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.  ATP may be compelled to surrender personal user or customer information to legal authorities without express user consent if presented with a court subpoena or similar legal or administrative order, or as required or permitted by the laws, rules and regulations of any nation, state or other applicable jurisdiction.  Also, in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of use of any of ATP's websites and other digital platforms or a violation of any restrictions on use of materials provided in or through any of its websites and other digital platforms, ATP may disclose personal user information to affected business partners or legal authorities.

8. Change and/or delete information

You may access, correct, update, and/or delete as the case may be, any personally-identifiable information that you submit to ATP through any of its websites and other digital platforms.  To do so, please either follow instructions on the page of the website of other digital platform on which you have provided such information, or contact us.

9. Children

ATP understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, particularly in their online interactions.  ATP's websites and other digital platforms are not designed for and do not intentionally target or solicit to children 18 years of age and younger.
