As a professional advisory firm ARTEMIS Transition Partners (hereafter referred to in the short as ATP)  understands the value of intellectual property and the need to protect and respect its intellectual property and that of others on this Website as well as in other media through which we interact.  We expect users of this website and all those others with whom we interact through other media to do the same.

ATP will promptly remove any posted submission that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property right of any person under the provisions of international copyright law or any of its provisions as applicable upon receipt of such a statement.  Under appropriate circumstances, ATP will at its discretion and without notice disable and/or prohibit persons who repeatedly submit infringing or unlawful material from posting further submissions on this Website.
